New Year’s resolutions often include weight loss or a new fitness plan after over-exercising in December. So activewear retailer Fabletics is kicking off his 2024 with a major marketing push in the UK in the form of his 21-day fitness challenge in conjunction with TikTok and Instagram.
The #Fabletics21 campaign aims to “motivate participants to achieve their New Year’s resolutions and introduce new routines into their daily lives.” Also included are new collections to accompany the challenge.
The three-week program includes new courses from renowned trainers and influencers published daily on Fabletics’ social media channels.
“As part of the campaign, we will not only provide theoretical background knowledge for a healthier and more active lifestyle, but also practical workouts and online courses that will allow you to build new fitness routines. ” said Mark Larrea, general manager of Fabletics. Europe.
“This challenge is not just for VIP members, everyone who wants to make their lifestyle healthier is warmly invited to join our challenge for free.”
The active part offers intensive fitness workouts as part of your at-home routine, as well as low-impact training forms such as yoga and Pilates. It also includes running routes and walking suggestions.
Meditation and healthy recipes round out the wide range of topics offered in this challenge.
Alongside the campaign, the new collection is “fully tailored to each activity”. These include high-compression wear for more intense workouts, yoga sets that “gently hug the body” and relaxed lounge styles “for lounging on the sofa post-workout.”
