They say that setting small goals is much easier to achieve. Many people try to set big goals at the beginning of the year, but quickly become overwhelmed.
They also say that writing down your fitness goals is a big key. By doing this, you will be reminded every day of the goals you set at the beginning of the new year.
Fitness experts also recommend finding a buddy or group to help you stay on track. They say it’s easier to stay on track when you’re surrounded by like-minded people with similar goals. It can also make them feel responsible and give them extra motivation.
Another important part is to reward yourself when you reach even small milestones.
